Terms of Service

Effective date: July 10, 2026

These terms apply when you play Stream Siege — a multiplayer tower-defense game delivered as a Twitch extension — or use this website (streamsiege.com). By playing the game or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, don’t use the service.

The service

Stream Siege lets viewers of a Twitch stream play a shared tower-defense match together. It is in early development: features, balance, and availability change often, matches may be interrupted, and the service may be offline for stretches of time. It is provided free of charge, with no purchases and no accounts of its own.

Eligibility and Twitch

The game runs inside Twitch, so you must have a Twitch account in good standing and comply with theTwitch Terms of Serviceand Community Guidelines while playing. Twitch requires users to be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires); the same applies here. Stream Siege is an independent project — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch. Twitch is a trademark of Twitch Interactive, Inc.

Fair play

When playing, you agree not to:

We may remove a player from a match, or block a user or channel from the service, if we believe these rules are being broken. Where behavior also breaks Twitch’s rules, Twitch’s own enforcement applies independently.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the game or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Nothing in the game (progress, upgrades, results) is a possession or entitlement — match state is temporary by design.

Intellectual property

The game, its artwork, names, and content belong to the Stream Siege developer. You may stream, record, and share gameplay freely — that is what the game is for. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative versions of the game itself without permission.

Privacy

How the game handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Stream Siege developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. The service is free; to the extent any liability exists, it is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
